According to the history of pizza was interested in 79 AD when Mt Vesuvius erupts and covers Pompei, since in 640 AD a gentlemen by the name Gaetano Fiorelli discovers Wood-fired ovens (or wood ovens or Forno in Italian). This led to a beginning of cooking one type of bread since it was use wood fuel for cooking in some of the ruins. However, the first pizzeria was created Naples, Italy in 1830. Pizza, as we know was credited to one Raffaele Esposito of Naples since in 1889. It was to honor a visit by King Umberto I and Queen Margherita with a special pizza which resembled the Italian flag. The pizza consisted of basil (green), mozzarella (white),and tomatoes (red ) – which was now called “Margherita Pizza”This Scoozi Pizzeria located at Thonglor Soi1 (near Standard Charter Bank -- on the left handed side if enter from Sukumvit Road). At Scoozi, it use the same old method of cooking pizza but with lava rock !!! Therefore, within 90 seconds of 500°C/900°F, the temperature, you will get the Naples-style, pizza.

What to order? Recommended are only Salad, Pizza, and Pasta ...

If you like tasty green vegetable, Try PUROLA -- Aregula (or Rocket) Salad or Aregula Pizza ...

Also try TARTOFU -- 4 types of cheeses with Truffles Oil on Pizza ... very mushroomy with nice smell of Truffle Oil. Don't forget that this truffle mushroom is the most expensive mushroom in the world.
